The Wireless Crash Mat with Nurse Call Alert is designed to be placed next to the bed to minimise injury if a resident falls from bed and activates the nurse call system when a fall occurs. This helps prevent a resident remaining on the floor undetected for an unknown length of time after falling, by alerting the caregiver to provide timely assistance.
It connects to a nurse call system through the Wireless Wall Point Receiver for centralised activation. The volume can be deactivated for silent in-room operation.
